📌 General Information
The Global Renewable Energy Congress (GREC 2026) is an international hybrid conference designed to promote high-quality research, innovation, and collaboration in renewable and sustainable energy.
All participants are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a professional, ethical, and productive conference experience.
📝 Abstract & Paper Submission
- Abstract length should be between 250–300 words.
- Submissions must clearly state objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- All abstracts will undergo peer review by the scientific committee.
- Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
🎤 Presentation Guidelines
- Oral presentations: 15–20 minutes including Q&A.
- Poster presentations must follow the provided template.
- Presenters must attend their session either in-person or virtually.
- Slides should be clear, concise, and written in English.
💳 Registration Policy
- All participants must complete registration to attend the conference.
- Registration fees vary by category (Speaker, Delegate, Student, Virtual).
- Registration is mandatory for abstract acceptance confirmation.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
🌍 Hybrid Participation
- In-person participants must attend sessions at the venue in Berlin, Germany.
- Virtual participants will receive secure access links before the event.
- Technical support will be provided during all sessions.

- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
- Respectful behavior toward all participants is mandatory.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to take action in case of misconduct.
